COMMERCIAL PROJECT PLANNING

What determines a commercial drone-cleaning quote?

Pricing depends on more than height. Surface area, materials, site access, operating restrictions and the cleaning method all affect a project-specific estimate.

HOW QUOTES ARE DEVELOPED

Why commercial drone cleaning doesn't have one universal price

Comparing properties by square footage alone can be misleading. The cleaning method, site complexity, finish requirements and mobilization all affect the scope. A trustworthy quote should show the surfaces included, acceptable finish, access plan, water and chemical considerations, and exclusions.

  • Surface area and height: size, number of elevations, balconies, obstructions and geometry.
  • Soiling and materials: glass coatings, masonry, roof membranes, contamination and acceptable cleaning agents.
  • Access and mobilization: permits, airspace, pedestrian closures, water supply, hoses and travel.
  • Delivery requirements: schedule, operating windows, documentation, insurance, cleaning verification and frequency.

WHAT YOUR PROPOSAL SHOULD INCLUDE

A clear commercial scope

  • Address, sections and approximate quantities
  • Drone-assisted vs. conventional method selection
  • Site restrictions, weather contingencies and exclusions
  • What is considered clean and how results are inspected
  • Schedule, site preparation and change-order rules
  • Vendor qualifications and insurance requirements

We do not publish an invented price per square foot: pricing is requested from qualified delivery partners and evaluated against actual project requirements.

BUYER FAQ

Common commercial pricing questions

Is drone cleaning always cheaper than lifts or rope access?

No. In some buildings, a drone may reduce particular access steps; other buildings still need conventional cleaning or more complex operating controls. Compare the complete project scope, not just an equipment rate.

Can I request pricing for multiple locations at once?

Yes. Share a list of property addresses and the desired service. Each market and location still needs operator availability and suitability checks before a price is confirmed.

Do you quote specialty aircraft or stadium cleaning?

We can review the inquiry, but no capability or quote is confirmed until qualified operators, approvals, applicable methods and insurance are verified.
