We ask for the details needed to review a property or partner inquiry. Here's what the site currently collects and how we use it.

What we collect
Our quote and partner forms may collect your name, email address, phone number, property or business name, city and state, requested cleaning services, and any details you choose to share. We also record the page and campaign parameters associated with a submission.
Why we use it
We use inquiry information to respond to you, assess service feasibility, prepare or discuss a proposal, evaluate field-partner fit and coordinate potential project work. Submitting a form does not create a service contract.
Where submissions go
Form submissions are processed using Cloudflare and saved in a Cloudflare-hosted lead database. Notification emails are delivered to our business Gmail inbox. These service providers may process information as needed to operate the website, deliver notifications and support our business communications.
Security and retention
We use HTTPS for website communication. No website can guarantee absolute security. We retain inquiry records for responding to requests and managing business correspondence; no automatic deletion deadline is currently advertised. Contact us if you wish to ask about an inquiry record or request its deletion, subject to applicable obligations.
Analytics and browser storage
When you arrive through a campaign link, the site may store its UTM attribution parameters in your browser's session storage so they can accompany a submitted inquiry. The current site does not require a customer account or accept payment card details through its forms. Basic hosting and security logs may be collected by the infrastructure provider.
Third parties and field partners
When appropriate to evaluating or arranging a project, relevant inquiry details may be shared with potential service partners. We do not advertise the sale of submitted inquiry data as a business service.

Website images are identified as illustrative or AI-generated where appropriate. They are not presented as completed customer projects.
