Identify the property and surfaces
Record building height, facade geometry, roof material, approximate area, access, glazing type, surface condition and the finish required.
HOW WE APPROACH A PROJECT
From the first property details to a defined work scope, here is how we evaluate surfaces, access and a suitable cleaning method before any project is scheduled.
Discuss a property ↗THE PROJECT JOURNEY
DroneCleaning360 coordinates the initial project evaluation. Final equipment, operator qualifications, permissions, and feasibility must be verified for each job.
Record building height, facade geometry, roof material, approximate area, access, glazing type, surface condition and the finish required.
Review wind exposure, pedestrians, adjacent roads, obstacles, overspray, runoff, fragile finishes, and site-specific flight and access permissions.
Select a pressure range and cleaning method suitable for the material. Certain surfaces need pure-water rinsing, soft washing, or contact cleaning instead.
Review applicable FAA authority, liability coverage, training, equipment, documented procedures and property-specific insurance requirements.
Confirm scheduling, water access, mobilization, pedestrian protection, customer communications and any conventional crew support.
Assess the agreed quality standard, address exclusions and limitations, and collect completion documentation if the project proceeds.
FIT AND LIMITATIONS
Elevated glass, compatible cladding, selected roof surfaces and large exterior walls can be candidates for aerial rinsing or soft washing. But access savings depend on building design, regulations, surface requirements and local operating conditions. Windows requiring hand-detailing, fragile roof coatings, extremely soiled surfaces and confined areas may be better served with conventional crews or a combined method.
We do not claim that every project is automatically safer, cheaper or faster with a drone. A good proposal compares methods and explains why the selected approach fits the site.
ANSWERS FOR FACILITY TEAMS
No. Water quality, glazing coatings, seals, staining and finishing requirements can require a different method or manual detailing.
Wind is a significant operational and spray-quality constraint. The qualified operator must set weather limits and postpone unsuitable conditions.
No. Appropriate FAA and other applicable permissions depend on the operation, payload, substances and jurisdiction. They must be verified for the particular job.
DroneCleaning360 is developing a coordinated partner approach. Equipment and operators are verified per accepted project; no particular drone fleet is being advertised as owned by DroneCleaning360.
