FACADE & EXTERIOR ENVELOPE

Clean facades. Consider every finish.

Exterior walls, cladding and architectural panels have different cleaning requirements. We assess the material, height, staining and surrounding property activity before discussing a workable washing method.

Plan around hard-to-access areas

Review the access method for setbacks, upper stories and intricate architectural details.

03

Care for what the building is made of

Match the scope to coatings, joints, surface materials and manufacturer guidance.

SERVICE OVERVIEW

Building Facade Washing

Each job starts with the building itself—what it is made of, what needs cleaning and how the work can be performed safely and effectively. We consider drone-enabled and conventional approaches as appropriate.

EXTERIOR ENVELOPE

A facade plan built around the actual material

A single commercial building can contain metal panels, stone, stucco, painted walls and glass. The cleaning method should be chosen for the material—not just the building height.

Material-specific approach

Review painted surfaces, cladding, sealants, glazing and manufacturer cleaning instructions before choosing a process.

Chemistry & pressure selection

Consider low-pressure washing, rinsing and carefully selected cleaners where the surface requires them; high pressure is not universally appropriate.

Protect nearby areas

Plan for entrances, landscaping, pedestrians, exterior electrical equipment and controlled runoff before work starts.

COMMERCIAL CLEANING FAQ

Planning your project

Can drones pressure wash stucco or delicate facades?

That depends on the finish. Some stucco, coatings and weather-barrier systems may require very low pressure or another method entirely.

Will this remove every stain?

Not necessarily. Oxidation, biological growth, mineral deposits and permanent surface damage respond differently and must be evaluated separately.

How should a property manager prepare?

Provide facade photos, available material specifications, access limitations and known water-intrusion or sealant problems.

Get an assessment tailored to your property.

Share the location, surfaces and timing. We will review the project scope and available resources.
