AGRICULTURE / TARGETED FIELD WORK

Field treatments for the acres that need attention.

Aerial drone applications can help address selected areas of pasture, sod, specialty-crop and agricultural land where conventional equipment access is difficult or the treatment footprint is limited.

PROJECT CONSIDERATIONS

Match the application to the land.

Fields vary in terrain, irrigation, drainage, nearby water, crop sensitivity and access. We review whether a drone is a suitable method for the specific application.

TARGET AREA01

Defined treatment zones

Use maps, acreage and field boundaries to describe what needs treatment rather than assuming the entire farm requires spraying.

SITE CONSTRAINTS02

Obstacles and sensitive areas

Consider fences, wires, waterways, livestock, neighboring crops and no-spray buffers.

FIELD READINESS03

Practical scheduling

Treatment windows depend on product rules, wind, soil and site access, and available licensed operators.

HOW WE COORDINATE REQUESTS

Plan the application before the flight.

Agricultural services are quoted only after the project and prospective operator have been reviewed. Dates and materials are never assumed.

01

MAP THE FIELD

Share site location, crop/land use, target acres and obstacles.

02

REVIEW THE TREATMENT

Assess product rules, buffers, equipment, local authorizations and suitability.

03

CONFIRM THE PLAN

Agree on scope, estimated cost and weather-dependent timing.

OPERATOR & PRODUCT REVIEW

Permits. Product labels. Practical field conditions.

Aerial application in the U.S. is regulated. FAA Part 137 and applicable exemptions or approvals apply to dispensing agricultural products. Pesticide work may require state aerial applicator credentials, aircraft registration and specific insurance or bonding requirements.

Product labels, drift restrictions, crop suitability, weather and airspace must be checked by the responsible authorized operator before work is accepted.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Questions before an application.

Each field and treatment is different. Start with the crop and intended result, then the proposed method can be reviewed.

Can you treat only part of a field?

Targeted applications may be possible where equipment, acreage, boundaries and applicable product labels support the approach.

Do drones spray pastures or sod?

Agricultural drone operators do perform these kinds of applications, but the product, land use and regulatory eligibility must be checked for each job.

Can you work near waterways or livestock?

Only if the product label, buffers, local restrictions and site plan allow it. Some locations or applications may be unsuitable.

START WITH YOUR FIELD

Tell us what you grow and what needs to be done.

Location, acreage, crop and treatment goal are enough to start a suitability review. We’ll confirm available qualified operators before offering a service date.
